Qualifications:
- Medical Doctor or equivalent clinical qualification
- Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in emergency or humanitarian medicine
- Prior international field response experience preferred
- Extensive experience in emergency medical response or field hospital management
- An active clinical license is required
- Biblical Studies coursework strongly preferred
Knowledge & Skills:
- Knowledge of WHO EMT standards
- Ability to develop SOPs and training programs
- Cross-cultural leadership skills
- Competence in clinical and operational planning
