Key Responsibilities
Deliver Results
- Achievement of Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Clinical Plans and sales targets for India by partnering with the sales team to visit customers requiring intensive clinical support
- Work with assigned accounts and internal teams within Align Technology India, including direction, motivation, and development of clinical plans
- Assist dental professionals with case assessment, record taking, ClinCheck usage, troubleshooting aligner issues, and reviewing ClinChecks
- Review the first five ClinChecks of newly trained doctors and provide support to customers needing assistance
- Transfer cases requiring expert advice to clinical consultants
- Prepare clinical materials for dental professionals
- Provide weekly and monthly customer feedback reports to the Clinical Support Manager
- Collaborate with colleagues to build a high-performance clinical team in India
Drive the Best Outcomes
- Provide product and clinical training to assigned accounts
- Deliver field coaching to India team members, distributors, and external customers
- Build ethical business relationships to increase product usage and market share
- Maintain professional dress code and attitude
- Track competitor activities and update the India Marketing Manager with market insights
- Provide continuous education to sales and marketing teams, especially during new product launches
- Coordinate clinical-related sales and marketing programs, such as mentorship and smile programs
- Maintain quality update records and customer product feedback for assigned markets
- Willingness to travel as required
Lock in Key Relationships
- Engage certified doctors to develop new cases
- Convert non-certified doctors into Invisalign providers
- Manage clinical events and speaker engagement
- Plan and coordinate clinical events suitable for the Indian market
- Arrange speaker preparation, post-event follow-ups, and feedback reporting
