Qualifications:
- Healthcare professional qualification: BDS
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a pharmacovigilance data entry or case processing role (mandatory)
- Experience in Literature and Clinical Trial (CT) case processing preferred
- Familiarity with safety database systems and medical terminology

Job Description:
This pharmacovigilance job is designed for experienced professionals with at least one year of hands-on involvement in full data entry or case processing roles. The Safety & Pharmacovigilance Coordinator position supports global safety operations, ensuring accurate handling of Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) while complying with regulatory, sponsor, and customer requirements. This role is well-suited for candidates exploring specialized coordinator jobs within the drug safety domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and route incoming safety information to appropriate project teams
- Record all ICSR documentation and track cases according to sponsor or customer specifications
- Distribute incoming safety-related mail and faxes
- Redact patient-identifying information and images in line with data protection guidelines, ICH-GCP, and GVP requirements
- Perform accurate and timely data entry into safety databases following company and customer standards
- Assist with case file creation, tracking, retention, and maintenance in both paper and electronic formats
- Support translation management for source documents
- Assist with query follow-up activities and safety submission processes
- Support daily workflow reconciliation activities
- Maintain working knowledge of SOPs, Work Instructions, global drug and biologic regulations, GCP, ICH guidelines, GVP modules, and study or program plans
