Job Description:
This first aid job involves imparting First Aid Training to Cabin Crew and Flight Crew, ensuring strict compliance with training policies and protocols. The role includes maintaining training records, preparing and updating training modules, ensuring equipment serviceability, conducting inquiries on in-flight first aid incidents, and supporting training needs analysis under the guidance of the Cabin Safety Training Manager / Manager-First Aid at Akasa Air in Bengaluru.
Educational Qualification / Certifications:
- A doctor holding an MBBS degree.
- Paramedic with recognized first aid training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Impart First Aid Training to Cabin Crew and Flight Crew.
- Ensure all training policies and discipline are strictly complied with as per laid down procedures and protocols.
- Conduct inquiries on any first aid incident that may occur on flights.
- Maintain training records in master files and crew personnel files.
- Ensure the serviceability of equipment at training centers and outstation bases.
- Prepare and update training modules, circulars, and notifications.
- Maintain training data on a regular basis.
- Conduct a mock BA for trainee cabin crew.
- Support training needs analysis and provide feedback for enhancements.
