Job Description

The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine is seeking a full-time Clinician-Educator at the rank of Assistant Professor or Associate Professor. This Assistant Professor job involves outpatient and inpatient clinical care, participation in medical education, and engagement in research within a collaborative women’s health center in Chicago.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in sexual medicine and menopause (ideally NAMS-certified)
  • Expertise in bone health and vulvar conditions (desirable)
  • ABOG board-certified or active candidate
  • Ability to diagnose and treat a wide variety of gynecologic conditions collaboratively

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical care for outpatients
  • Conduct inpatient consultations
  • Participate in medical student, resident, and fellow education
  • Engage in research activities
  • Support academic advancement through clinical research and/or education
  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of gynecologic conditions collaboratively

Salary and Start Date

  • The start date is negotiable, and the position will remain open until filled.
  • The expected base pay range for this position is $260,000 – $290,000.
