- Qualification Required: MD / DNB Pathology
- Experience Required: 3–8 years post-MD/DNB experience preferred
- Preferred Experience: Corporate or multispecialty hospital experience
- Additional Preference: Exposure in Hematopathology / Oncopathology
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting Histopathology, Cytopathology, Hematology, and Clinical Pathology cases
- Interpretation and validation of laboratory investigations in this Consultant Pathologist Job in Chhattisgarh
- Perform frozen section reporting and intraoperative consultation when required
- Handle bone marrow reporting activities when applicable
- Ensure NABL compliance and laboratory quality assurance standards at Continental Hospitals
- Coordinate with clinicians for accurate diagnosis and patient management
- Participate in tumor boards and multidisciplinary meetings
- Contribute to academic and clinical discussions
- Supervise laboratory technicians and junior staff
- Monitor turnaround time and maintain reporting accuracy
Educational Requirements for this Consultant Pathologist Job:
- MD Pathology from a recognized institute
- DNB Pathology from a recognized institute
- Fellowship or additional exposure in Hematopathology or Oncopathology will be an added advantage
