Job Description:
Job Purpose: To monitor the health of employees and their dependents through preventive and curative actions, ensuring a healthy workforce.
Job Context & Major Challenges: The Medical Officer will provide preventive, curative, and wellness healthcare services to employees and dependents, ensuring legal compliance and promoting a healthy workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct periodic medical exams (PME) for all employees, including contract workers.
- Provide clinical consultations, emergency care, and follow-ups.
- Monitor and reduce Red & Amber Zone health cases.
- Maintain digital health records using PEHEL & OHMS.
- Support infrastructure upgrades to meet NABH standards.
- Ensure availability and maintenance of medical equipment.
- Organize quarterly wellness activities and awareness sessions.
- Monitor medicine inventory and optimize procurement.
Eligibility Criteria for the Occupational Health Jobs:
- MBBS with valid registration under MCI/State Medical Council.
- 3–5 years of experience in industrial/occupational health.
- AFIH or Occupational Health certification preferred.
