Job Description:
As the Manager for Global Clinical Solutions, the successful candidate will coordinate and lead the provision of services within GCS across clinical development projects and improvement initiatives. This role involves supporting teams in enhancing process efficiency, operational performance, and maintaining uninterrupted operations. The Manager will act as an AZ co-Project Manager for electronic Clinical Outcome Assessment (eCOA) and Digital Patient Solutions (DPS) activities, ensuring alignment with the Clinical Study Plan and compliance requirements. This clinical data management job requires strong leadership in continuous improvement initiatives and the ability to simplify and strengthen operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- GCS service delivery: Coordinate and deliver GCS services across projects, ensuring reliable operations within established timeframes and quality standards.
- Lifecycle and business continuity management: Manage the lifecycle and operational stability of GCS services, identifying and mitigating operational risks.
- eCOA and DPS project management: Serve as co-Project Manager for eCOA and DPS activities, managing plans, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
- Requirements and solution alignment: Ensure solutions reflect Clinical Study Protocol and user needs through effective coordination with stakeholders.
- Supplier and collaborator coordination: Work with suppliers and cross-functional teams to maintain effective communication and resolve issues throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- System maintenance and change control: Lead activities to keep eCOA and DPS solutions aligned with protocol requirements and validated states.
- User Acceptance Testing: Establish suitable UAT approaches for setup and maintenance activities, guiding resources and documentation.
- Continuous improvement leadership: Lead business improvement projects using Lean or other methodologies, from opportunity definition to implementation.
Eligibility Criteria for this Clinical Data Management Job:
- Relevant academic background: University degree in a related field, preferably in biological sciences, healthcare, or life sciences.
- Clinical or pharmaceutical experience: Relevant experience in pharmaceutical, clinical development, or healthcare environments.
