Job Description:
The Medical Services team at Tata 1mg is responsible for managing patient care across departments, focusing on emergency response and critical care. The team operates in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely medical intervention and coordination with healthcare professionals to provide seamless patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first aid treatment and stabilize employees during medical emergencies inside the plant, referring them to the nearest hospital for tertiary care.
- Isolate employees with communicable complaints and conduct thorough contact tracing.
- Assist in the admission process at hospitals for employees needing referral.
- Ensure compliance with factory regulations and maintain health records in proper formats.
- Identify employees needing special attention based on monthly data analysis and provide holistic treatment.
- Maintain stock of medicines and ensure all equipment is in working condition.
- Train OHC staff to upgrade their skills and educate employees on first aid and safety norms.
- Regularly observe shop floor operations and recommend correct postures and PPE usage.
- Provide travel advisory and vaccination when required.
- Act as a liaison between the client and Tata 1mg.
Eligibility Criteria for the Medical Officer Job:
- MBBS + AFIH qualification (mandatory)
- 1–3 years of experience in Emergency Management
- Strong knowledge of emergency and critical care procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Quick decision-making and problem-solving skills

Working Details for the Medical Officer Job:
- Shifts: 8:30 AM to 5:15 PM
- Work Schedule: 6 days a week (Mon to Sat)
