Job Description:
The Scientific & Medical Writer will curate and validate content for AdisInsight and AskAdisAI, summarising key drug development milestones from various sources such as trial registries and media releases. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional looking to advance their career in pharmaceutical intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and validate content for AdisInsight and AskAdisAI.
- Understand Pharma / Medical / Clinical trial terminologies.
- Write accurate and concise summaries that capture key elements from published reports/updates.
- Contribute to resolving project queries among peer team members.
- Perform other responsibilities as delegated by the team lead/manager.
- Provide guidance to less experienced team members.
- Consolidate information from multiple sources, including studies published in leading medical journals and trial registry websites.
- Identify key data and input information into predefined fields/tables accurately.
Eligibility Criteria for the Medical Writer Job:
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Medicine.
- Minimum 3 years of total experience with at least 2 years of relevant experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or clinical research organisations.
- Strong English-language and scientific writing skills, with a solid understanding of drug development and clinical research.
- Strong quality/process improvement mindset and customer perspective.
Desirable Skills for the Medical Writer Job:
- Preference for candidates previously trained and experienced in AdisInsight Drugs/RDI content curation.
