Job role – Talk To Vaidya
Location – The Arya Vaidya Pharmacy, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India
Responsibilities
- Interact with patients/customers over call, and resolve general queries regarding Ayurvedic medicine, medicine formulation, dosage etc.
- Coordinate with internal Departments like Production and Quality Control to address queries concerning the formulation/quality of the product/packaging.
- Working hand in hand with our Sales team in addressing their queries regarding medicine usage, medicine availability, product complaints etc.
- Enhancing the knowledge of employees by Imparting training to all applicable Departments with regard to Ayurvedic medicines and emerging trends in Ayurveda.
Online consultation of patients as and when required.
