Health Science Job – Key Responsibilities
PV Excellence
- Act as Template Manager for PV documentation in Veeva Vault.
- Support PVE and third-party vendors for Aggregate Report management.
- Compile and report key metrics.
- Assist with Management Monitoring activities.
- Manage access to PV systems, portals, and shared drives.
- Handle daily triage of group mailboxes.
- Contribute to process improvement efforts.
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert when needed.
- Maintain and update PVE-owned webpages.
- Support signal detection, EMA publications, and CVW review.
- Assist with Eudravigilance and RMP activities, including TSS/PASS.
- Support eTMF and medical device-related tasks.
- Assist with TOI, MedDRA, Autolistedness profiles, Case Awareness tools, and TFQs.
- Manage Reference Safety Information updates and address related queries.
- Support Development Core Safety Information and Safety Communications.
- Assist in training, audits, and inspection preparedness.
