    • Rs. 37,000/- + HRA for 9 years of relevant experience
    • Rs. 42,000/- + HRA for 12 years of relevant experience
    • A salary increment of up to 6% per additional year of experience is applicable, subject to a maximum of four increments under IISc norms.

Qualifications:

Medicine Job – Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in organizing and coordinating recruitment drives under the IISc recruitment initiatives
  • Act as a point of contact between recruiters, students, and the placement team
  • Manage logistics for placement and career-related events
  • Follow up with students post-placement to ensure a smooth onboarding
  • Oversee student registrations and document verification
  • Maintain placement-related data accurately and in required formats
  • Manage invoices, vendor coordination, and billing activities
  • Show flexibility in working hours during peak placement seasons
  • Support additional placement-related tasks as required
