Job Description
Applications are invited for filling up the post in a QI Project funded by UNICEF at AIIMS, Raipur, Chhattisgarh, for a period of 09 months purely on a contractual basis. This pediatrician job focuses on improving newborn and child healthcare delivery through quality improvement interventions.
Qualifications
- MBBS with post-graduation in Pediatrics (MD/DNB)
Experience & Skills Required
- Proficiency in MS Office and handling large datasets
- Knowledge of statistical software like SPSS/SATA/CSPro/DevInfo/Epi Info (Desirable)
- Strong oral and written presentation skills
- Good report writing experience
- Command over English and Hindi
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute in State newborn AMR consortium as per need and supervisor guidance
- Facilitate data collection, compilation, analysis, and review related to project area
- Coordinate regularly with district teams for quality and timely data support
- Provide field-level supportive supervision and ensure standard data-based operations
- Conduct daily teleround of IOSNCU
- Assist in training on Q.I, ETAT/HDU, and newborn care
- Analyze data, identify gaps, and implement improvements for quality outcomes
- Coordinate with stakeholders for project implementation
- Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisor or technical reporting authority
