Job Description
Reporting to the Team Lead Medical Monitoring, Medical Affairs, the Medical Monitor Associate, Dermatology role is a specialized medical job providing medical, scientific, and administrative support to the medical monitoring team. This dermatology job focuses on study-level, department-level, and cross-functional activities, primarily assisting with daily medical oversight tasks in clinical trials. This position is structured as a remote job based in India.
Key Responsibilities
Protocols and Projects
- Keep current on study protocol, protocol amendments, Investigator’s Brochure, safety information, and clinical research guidelines related to the dermatology indication.
- Support Medical Monitoring plan development.
- Attend meetings with Innovaderm project team members as required.
- Enter medical queries in EDC after subject safety data review.
- Support coding listings of adverse events, medical history, and concomitant medications.
- Conduct photo reviews and review efficacy scores and related data for dermatology studies.
Operational & Business Support
- Support business development activities, proposal development, and sales presentations.
- Assist with drafting SOPs and working practices related to medical monitoring.
- Maintain study trackers, KPI trackers, and medical monitoring documentation.
- Coordinate trainings, meetings, and documentation.
