Job Description:

Applications are invited from suitable candidates for filling up one position of Project Associate-I, a key project associate job, for an internationally funded research project entitled: “Development of high-throughput screening assays to identify antivirals targeting multiple stages of henipavirus life-cycle.”

This medicine job will be carried out under Dr. Madhuri Subbiah & Dr. Nagendra R Hegde for an initial period of six months.

Medicine Job – Key Responsibilities:

  • Development of high-throughput screening assays for antiviral research
  • Identification of antivirals targeting multiple stages of the henipavirus life-cycle
  • Performing molecular techniques related to cell culture handling
  • Conducting molecular cloning experiments
  • Structure-guided screening and validation of antiviral drug candidates
