Medical Job: Qualifications
- MBBS or MD (Pharmacology)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Medical Affairs project management, clinical research, or the pharmaceutical industry

About the Role
The Manager – Medical Projects & Operations will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing Medical Affairs projects while ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and regulatory requirements. This role involves close collaboration with medical advisors, clinical operations, regulatory and marketing teams, and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Medical Affairs projects from initiation to closure
- Develop project plans, timelines, trackers, and risk mitigation strategies
- Coordinate daily project operations, vendor management, and resources
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, ethical standards, and regulations
- Support studies, publications, advisory boards, and medical education programs
- Maintain project documentation, budgets, and close-out reports
