Job Responsibility: Vacancy for MBBS/MD/DNB/DM
• Caring for patients at the remote ICUs from a centralized command center in Gurgaon
● Conducting tele rounds which involve patient review, daily rounds, review of labs and
radiology, drug charts, compliance with protocols and family counseling
● Liaising with the bedside team actively and providing critical care expertise in real time to augment the delivery of critical care to the ICUs
● Check-ins with regular intermittent tele rounds on sick patients and initiating appropriate
actions with the help of the tele ICU nursing team in collaboration with the bedside team
● Actively participate in quality initiatives directed at the betterment of the remote ICUs in the eNext ICU network and contribute to the team’s effort
• Physical examination
• Assessment of patients
• Interpretation of diagnostic test result
• Management of the airway
• Pharmacological management
• Emergency cardioversion defibrillation
• CPR Management
• Catheterization
• Invasive ventilation
• Paediatric and adult ventilatory management
• Ensuring continuous medical cover for all patients admitted to the Intensive Care Unit
• Discussion of management with consultant surgeons, physicians
• Appropriate documentation of medical history and progress in patient’s notes;
• Prescription and update of therapeutic plans;
• Ensuring plans are acted upon and specific diagnostic tests carried on diligently
• Liasoning with other medical specialties if required;
• Carrying all technical procedures;
• Collecting information related to patients and integration into clinical plans;
• Communication with patient’s relatives, referring hospital, etc.
• Training all staff for ICU management, maintaining infection control, Airway management, etc.
• Acute & chronic pain management
• Pre &post-operative checkup
