Job Description:
As a Diagnostic Executive, you will contribute to Oncology Jobs initiatives in your assigned territory by ensuring efficient access to diagnostic testing and collaborating with healthcare professionals, diagnostic partners, and internal teams. This AstraZeneca Career position requires strong scientific understanding, strategic execution, and the ability to deliver actionable insights to medical teams.
Diagnostic Executive Testing Role – Key Responsibilities:
- Identify barriers to cancer biomarker testing and execute tactical plans to enhance the adoption of Oncology Jobs strategies.
- Monitor testing performance, including rates and test failures, across laboratories in the territory.
- Build and strengthen relationships with pathologists, molecular diagnostic suppliers, HCPs, and key opinion leaders.
- Support the development of robust testing facilities and address bottlenecks in diagnostic workflows.
- Provide insights to core medical teams to inform local strategies for Oncology Jobs initiatives.
- Apply strategic key account management to optimize diagnostic and testing solutions.
