Key Responsibilities
Pan-India Accountabilities (70%)
-
Serve as the TA Medical Expert for assigned brands and therapeutic areas.

Co-create patient-centered solutions with TAEs, patient groups, and scientific societies.

Lead cross-functional medical strategies, programs, and initiatives (pre-launch to post-marketing).

Review and approve medical content including publications, educational materials, and promotional assets.
-
Drive evidence generation projects: clinical studies, RWE, registries, digital initiatives.
-
Design medical activities such as advisory boards and digital health solutions.
-
Engage with global communities of practice and contribute to best practices.

Evaluate and decide on IME, medical grants, sponsorships, and donations.

Ensure all activities comply with legal and SOP requirements.
Cluster-Level Accountabilities (30%)

Support cluster teams in demonstrating the value of Roche innovation.

Customize solutions for top TAEs and stakeholders.

Assist in shaping the cluster-wide medical strategy.
Qualifications & Skills
-
Education: MBBS, MD/DNB (any specialization); Oncology or disease-specific medical education preferred.

Experience: 9+ years in clinical settings and/or medical affairs.

Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration experience.
Who You Are
- You are someone with MBBS, MD / DNB (Any Specialization) MD Radiation, Any Disease relevant Medical Education, Clinical Oncology Degree will be preferred
- You should have proven experience in medical affairs and 9+ years of clinical experience
- You should have Project management skills & Proven experience in working with multidisciplinary teams
