IQVIA Job Posting: Medical Data Review Manager
- Analyze data trends to ensure quality, integrity, and protocol compliance.
- Maintain audit readiness for Clinical Compliance and Systems Validation.
- Define data capture requirements based on protocol and reporting needs.
- Represent clinical data science in team and external meetings.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Track service performance, identify root causes of issues, and implement solutions.
- Ensure timely resolution of compliance issues.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and quality.
- Provide therapeutic area training to the clinical team.
- Participate in meetings (Kick-Off, team, and client).
- Manage staff, including performance appraisals, development, and HR matters.
- Education & Experience:
- MBBS or a 5-year medical degree OR
- Bachelorโs in clinical, biological, or related sciences (including nursing) + 7 years of relevant experience OR
- Equivalent education, training, and experience.
- Work Experience:
- Clinical data science experience in a CRO, pharmaceutical, or medical environment with leadership exposure.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of clinical/medical data and terminology (Medical Terminology, Pharmacology, Anatomy, Physiology).
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to proactively identify issues.
- Strong planning, organizational, and resource management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and within a team (matrix environment).
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to represent clinical data science in internal and external meetings.
- Operational mindset with a focus on metrics and status tracking for issue resolution.
- Strong communication, teamwork, customer service, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Experience in coaching and mentoring.
