Job Role: Manager – Medical Affairs (Medical Writing / Medical Editing)
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India

Primary Responsibilities
- Subject Matter Expert for Lilly’s procedures, processes, tactic types, and support resources
Understand Lilly’s culture, Medical Affairs, and Marketing organizational structures, roles, and responsibilities, ensuring alignment with the broader Medical Affairs/Marketing Services and Lilly organization. - Ensure Quality, Speed, Value, and Compliance throughout the Deliverable Review Lifecycle.
Follow best practices in project management within the organization to maintain high standards. - Coach, Manage, and Develop a Team
Recruit, develop, and retain strategic and operational talent to help achieve organizational goals.
Minimum Qualification Requirements for Medical Affairs Job in Bangalore
- 3+ years of experience as an editor, copywriter, or proofreader in medical and/or marketing communications, advertising agencies, or the pharmaceutical industry.
- 2+ years of formal management experience.
Educational Requirements
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBBS, MPH).
- Professional degrees (e.g., MD, PharmD, PhD).
Other Information/Additional Preferences
- In-depth familiarity with US CIQ/MCA procedures, processes, and tools such as Veeva, Global Vision, Wrike, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Experience in budgeting and capacity resourcing.
