Description
As a leading Global Medical Review Team member at Fortrea, you will play a key role in executing Medical Data Review Activities. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the study team, overseeing clinical deliverables, and monitoring aspects of clinical trials. You will work closely with senior leadership to implement risk plans and ensure compliance throughout the process.
Job Overview
The Medical Data Review Manager will be responsible for conducting Central Medical Review tasks across multiple sponsor projects. You will collaborate with the study team, provide support to clients, and conduct line management activities if required.
Summary of Responsibilities
- Collaborating in the development of the Central Monitoring proposal text
- Supporting Sponsor presentations/bid defenses
- Ensuring accurate tracking and status reporting
- Identifying and evaluating safety signals
- Supporting the development of medical review requirements
- Managing configuration of the Xcellerate® Medical Review tool
- Providing data-driven decisions and communication to stakeholders
Qualifications
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Medical Doctors, Allied medical degrees, Post-graduation in Life Sciences or equivalent
- Relevant experience considered in lieu of educational requirements
Experience
Minimum Required Experience:
- Medical doctors with 5-7 years of experience in medical practice or equivalent roles
- Paraprofessionals and Life Science graduates with 7-9 years of clinical research experience
Physical Demands/Work Environment
Standard office or home working equipment is required. Minimal travel may be necessary.
