Job Title: Medical Consultant / RMO
Job Location: Gurgaon, Bangalore & Chennai
- Medical Care: Provide round-the-clock general and emergency medical care to senior residents, including critical care in the ICU.
- Shift Duties: Work 9-hour shifts in rotational shifts, ensuring medical supervision and responding to emergencies as required.
- Patient Monitoring: Monitor and manage medical conditions of senior residents, including vital sign monitoring, diagnosis, and ongoing treatment.
- Emergency Response: Be the first point of contact during medical emergencies, ensuring quick and effective intervention.
- Collaboration: Work closely with nursing staff, medical practitioners, and other specialists to ensure the highest standards of healthcare.
- Medical Records: Maintain accurate medical records of all patients, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with health regulations.
- Family Liaison: Communicate effectively with families of residents regarding medical conditions and care updates.
- Quality Care: Ensure that all treatments and care provided align with Antara’s values of compassion, dignity, and world-class healthcare standards.
- Education: MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery) from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing General and Emergency Wards, with good experience in the ICU.
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in high-pressure environments.
- Compassionate approach to patient care, particularly for senior citizens.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
