Essential Skill: Knowledge of rules & legislations related to Health applicable for manufacturing industry
Job Description
- Daily Routine & Emergency: Outdoor, indoor & emergency patient care, housekeeping, clinical laboratory, pharmacy, waste disposal, hospital administration
- Health Care: Awareness on health promotion, disease prevention, initiatives as per wellness calendar diagnostic camps, Immunization
- Statutory Requirement: Pre employment examination, Annual medical check-up, First aid training and services, Bio-medical waste management
- Curative Care: Free consultation camps, Liaison with outside doctors and professionals, Minor emergency procedures (Critical and emergency care)
- Maternal Health Care: Ante-natal care, Counseling, Family Planning services, pre-natal advice to eligible couples, Promotion of institutional deliveries, post-natal care
- Child Health: Universal immunization program, Awareness on nutrition & General care, Orientation on parenting and counseling, Master school health checkup, Pulse polio
- General: Helping government in implementing all national and international health programs, Routine visits to hazardous areas to update the situation
- System Management: Implement improvement projects, Timely submission of Kaizen, OPL, Good to fine, suggestion on system, 100% active participation in respective KFA & GRT meetings
- SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) along with Sustainability initiatives: Ensuring 100% compliance of all safety standards, Educating team about safety measures, Reporting accidents and incidents, Conducting daily Tool Box Talk
Undertake Medical & Health Services
To all working in the plant and their families and Rural Health development to create a healthy environment for better productivity of the Unit and to build a better social image.
System Management
To implement improvement project to reduce repetitive problems/breakdown or losses.
